A fixed charge of £5.95 per delivery.
Bulky items and items over 30kg may incur a separate charge. All items incurring a separate charge shall be notified on the product screen.
Our standard delivery times are 5-7 working days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
You will receive an email notifying of despatch on the date the goods are released. Please allow between two and three working day for delivery from this date.
The Little Lane Company Returns Policy
At the Little Lane Company we want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase providing you return it within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging. Any goods damaged in transit must be notified within 48 hours.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelled Orders
You can cancel your order at any time up to despatch.
You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched.
How to Return an Item
1. Carefully re-wrap the item/s to be returned in their original packaging.
2. Complete the enclosed returns form.
3. Reuse the original outer packaging or pack the item adequately to ensure a safe return. The returned parcel remains the responsibility of the customer until we safely receive it.

5. Please take the parcel to the nearest Post Office. We recommend sending the parcel recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Please note goods are returned to The Little Lane Company at your own expense. Please contact customer services by email at customerservices@littlelanecompany.co.uk for more details.
Refunds of Returned Items
Unwanted Items The item value will be refunded within 28 days of us receiving the goods. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs.
Damaged & Incorrect Goods On receipt of damaged or incorrect items you must notify us within 5 working days. Please complete the enclosed Return Form stating the damage and required action. Then return these goods following the above procedure How to Return an Item. Following receipt and inspection of the item/s we will provide immediate replacement or refund of faulty items. These items will be despatched free of charge and your return carriage reimbursed. Please enclose the proof of payment with the parcel for your carriage refund.
Please note when an item is returned which is not damaged or incorrect, we shall inform you by email and classify them as Unwanted Items. We shall automatically refund the value of these goods but not the carriage.
Missing Items - On receipt of your order should there be any missing items please notify us within 5 days. We will provide immediate replacement or refund for the missing items. These items will be despatched free of charge. |
